RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS.

All sales are final. Merchandise is sold as is. No returns, refunds, credits, cancellations or exchanges without our express permission. All Membership fees are non-refundable 

In order to keep these low prices and our customers satisfied we recommend our shopping site for the experienced wholesale buyer. 

All items sold by you to your customer are non-fundable. 
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DEFECTIVE ITEMS AS WARRANTY WORK IS DONE DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER. If A return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.

TO BE ISSUED A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT / CREDIT FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: (Please note, this is for new merchandise, not crates, pallets, and or truckloads.)  If A return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.

1. Any claims for damaged items in shipping must be submitted to our Returns Department within (3) business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a return, if notified after (3) business days.

2. Fax or email us if you need an RMA Number.

3. Your item must be returned with a valid RMA Number WITHIN 30 DAYS of payment made to our company.  Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion.

4. Returns must me in original box and all original material must be present. Items sent without a valid RMA Number or in any condition other than the ones described will not be honored as a valid return and your merchandise will be reshipped to you with freight due until compliance with these guideline is met.

5. My Way Wholesale Liquidations will not be responsible for returns without an authorized RMA#.  Any physical damage will void the warranty.

6. IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A CREDIT / REPLACEMENT, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED, SORRY WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS.

7. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. Any item that you may have purchased with free freight will be charged a 20% origination freight fee on the original purchase amount. 

NON-DELIVERY:  

NON - Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your merchandise and you have not filled out a return form you will be charged a $50.00 return fee, all original freight charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. NOTE: if you decide to do a charge-back and are found at fault, you will also be charged the $20.00 charge-back fee as well.

If It has been more than thirty days since you paid and we cant deliver products or service due to unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with federal trade laws we will refund 100% of your  purchase with no fees deducted. Changes to this Return Policy/Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, add to, or remove any portion of this Agreement, at any time, by posting a new Agreement to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such amended Agreement.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any security item offered by us. If you are in doubt, consult your local or state law enforcement before ordering. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in only a lawful manner, that he/she is of legal age, and agrees with the terms of sale contained in this document.
